概述
??箱體用不銹鋼制成，泵體采用仿美鋁制技術(shù)，油箱口部設(shè)計(jì)有回油和防塵機(jī)構(gòu)，軸聯(lián)結(jié)部位采用獨(dú)特的防漏結(jié)構(gòu)，減速箱采用鋰基潤滑脂潤滑，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了工作過程中的零漏油，造型美觀，經(jīng)久耐用。是提升潤滑技術(shù)水平的理想產(chǎn)品。

使用須知
注油器使用與保養(yǎng)
??1、注油器的工作介質(zhì)采用運(yùn)動(dòng)粘度在50度時(shí)為17～4000cst的潤滑油，油液的過濾精度不低于0.025mm，或采用80目的鋼絲網(wǎng)過濾。
??2、注油量的大小可油注油泵上的調(diào)節(jié)螺套調(diào)節(jié)。16MPa、32MPa、48MPa注油泵順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)、注油量減少，反時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，注油量增大，調(diào)定后應(yīng)將其鎖緊，以防調(diào)節(jié)螺套在工作時(shí)松動(dòng)而使注油量發(fā)生變化。
??3、油箱內(nèi)應(yīng)注入經(jīng)過過濾的潤滑油后，方可搖動(dòng)手把，將泵體及管路中的空氣排除，即輸油管部有油滴出，方可接上主機(jī)注油點(diǎn)進(jìn)行工作。當(dāng)油箱內(nèi)油面降低至最低油位時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)補(bǔ)充潤滑油。
??4、視油罩用于觀察滴油情況，使用中應(yīng)保持清潔和防止破裂，不得隨意拆卸以免影響使用。注意視油罩不可用汽油清洗。
??5、注油器應(yīng)定期用清潔煤油進(jìn)行清洗，除去注油泵和油箱內(nèi)部的雜質(zhì)和污物。對于連續(xù)工作狀態(tài)下的注油器一般每隔一個(gè)月應(yīng)清洗一次。

注油器常見故障及排除方法

General

??Tank-body is made of stainless steel, Pump-body adopt technology of aluminum from America. Mouth of gasoline tank design the structure of oil return and dust-proof. Part of axis joint adopt particular structure of antileak. Reducing gear box adopt lithium grease to lubricate, so it is zero leak wear, which is ideal product for improving lubrication technology.

Working direction
??Use and maintain of oil ejector
??1、 Working medium of ejector adopt lubricant of 17~4000cst when kinematic viscosity at 50. Filter precision of oil no less than 0.025mm, or adopt steel net of 80 holes to filter.
??2、 Amount of oil ejecting may be adjusted through adjusting turn buckle of filling pump. Amount of filling reduce when filling pump of 16MPa, 32MPa, 40MPa rotate clockwise; Amount of filling increase when it rotate antilock wise , locking it after adjusting in order to avoid variety of amount of filling due to adjusting thumbtack loosening during working .
??3、 Handle can be shaken to exhaust air in the pump body and pipe after filling lube filtered, e.g. end of oil pipeline drip oil, then connect filling point of principal machine to work. It must complement to lube in time when oil level lower the least in the gas oiline box.
??4、 Watching oil cover which is used to observe circus of drip oil must be clean and no break during use. It can’t be dismantle at random because use could be affected.
Note: Watching oil cover can’t be washed with gas oline.
??5、 Oil ejector must be washed with clean kerosene to eliminate impurity and ordure of filling pump and inner of gas oline box regularly. Usually oil ejector which is continuously used should be once washed every two months.
